To enable the server resource pack in Minecraft Java Edition, follow these steps:
Launch Minecraft Java Edition
Click Multiplayer
Select the server and click Edit
Set Server Resource Packs to Enabled (or Prompt)
Click Done and reconnect to the server
When prompted, click Yes to download and apply the resource pack
